Do you deliver and how long does delivery take?

Yes we offer fast delivery to South Wales. Delivery time ranges from 3 to 14 days. Check locations and delivery info here

Do you offer a fitting service?

As we are a wholesaler we do not currently offer a fitting service. For our fitting guidance, click here

How can i place an order?

You can place an order securely online. You are able to pay securely with a credit or debit card. Apple Pay, Klarna or PayPal. We do not store any of your sensitive information.

How do i measure my floor?

Do i need underlay if I'm ordering a felt backed carpet?

No, felt backed carpets can be fitted with and without an underlay. We would always recommend adding an underlay however, as it will increase the lifetime of your carpet and make your carpet feel softer.

Can i collect my order?

No. Sadly we do not have a public-facing front where you can collect your products.
